The rooms here were cozy and great, though there were only a few English TV channels available.

Overall the staff was service-oriented.

The hotel offers wonderful rooms with good service. Its central location is marvelous, being adjacent to all the shops, main square, train station, and the main shopping street. it is really close to Liebfrauenkirche.

The rooms are spacious, there is a wonderful restaurant on site, and the hotel is conveniently located near Liebfrauenkirche in a shopping district, all for a reasonable price of £53.

I liked my comfortable king room with a bath. the staff were friendly, efficient, and an absolute pleasure. - the location was excellent and absolutely perfect, just 15 km to Dortmund airport.

The room was large so you had room to spread things out which is not often the case in many boutique hotels or hotel rooms in Germany, the bathroom had a nice vanity as well good lighting and small refrigerator in the room easy walking distance to main train station and subway and free wifi/wilan throughout the hotel--not just in the lobby,

The bathtub was very high to step in and out of. Would have preferred a separate shower so be careful here. No air conditioning in hotel either

On windows noisy road, not enough air conditioning.

We had a very lovely stay at this classy hotel. Our comfort double room was reasonably large and bright with large beds. - the private parking was onsite, very good service.

Excelent brekfast and staff - friendly. They spoke poor english - but had nice service.

It was extreamly expensive to bring pets to this hotell - they wantet 40 Euros pr nigth pr dog - the most expenisve I have heard of, The rooms had no aircondition - so it was hot at nigth. And it was lot of sound from the highway - that goes strigth benith the hotell.
